Morgan Sickles has 12 years and over $1.4 billion in transactional experience across the hotel finance industry.  He is the founder and Managing Partner of Atlantis Advisors, a nationwide hotel services provider – with particular focus on finance, advisory, and asset management.  Major projects executed for both institutional and private clients include loan underwriting, CMBS surveillance, and real estate investment/development. Previously, he was Managing Director of Hospitality Investment Banking with global boutique StormHarbour, and the Senior Loan Officer at Live Oak Bank in charge of business development and originations for all existing hotel projects (acquisitions, repositions, and refinances) – achieving $90MM in production.  His past work experience includes asset management and project finance with Extended Stay America, commercial real estate underwriting with PNC, and mortgage banking with Cushman & Wakefield.  Morgan earned MBA and BA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and served on the Boards of the Historic Wilmington Foundation and the Carolina Raptor Center in Charlotte.
